Under the supervision of the Department Manager, the Sales Associate will sell merchandise, provide customer assistance, and perform other duties within the department to promote maximum sales, cultivate customer goodwill and encourage repeat business, as directed by management.
1. Effectively communicate with customers, management, and employees. Receive incoming phone calls
2. Must move throughout the store and/or assigned departments to assist customers and perform assigned job tasks.
3. Stock Merchandise within department
Customer Service Duties:
